Vox Ghostwriting

This company is a scam. They just take your money, and write very badly, they made angry all the time with each time they sent me the drafts. They write like primary school students- they do not care anything at all about customers.

I was looking for an editing company to look over 10k words which was quoted to me at $600 for 25 pages. This is based on a 250 per page word count. After review of my chapters I was pleased to see some of the alterations and flow were done much better. I was happy with the work and paid them appropriately. After 45 days Vox had taken it upon themselves with out communication from me or direction from me to write an additional 14 pages. I provided no context or story or direction to them. After picking up a toll free call today I find out that they have written these pages and would like me to pay them an additional $300. What a joke and scam. The pages are not useable as they have no background, concept, or view about the subject. I was fully intending on using Vox for the full editing of my book once complete after the initial review of write but after this situation I am running away to literally anyone else. I have paid them in full and hope they adjust their business practices in the future to listen to the client and do only the scope as directed.

As for imaginative writing, it is hard to imagine someone more suitable than Vox Ghostwriting. Beautiful and rich English, creative ideas and smooth communication. I highly recommend them.

I write this review to reflect my personal experience with Vox. I was attracted to Vox ghosts because they kept sending me text messages, discounted deals, hypes such as to become a New York Times bestseller, etc. Then I could not resist the temptation. They guaranteed top-quality service, and claimed a team of top writers. At the time of signing up, Vox sales pressured you for more services etc. So I paid for more. Then, I sent them a detailed outline and asked to talk to the responsible writers. They did not allow me to talk to their writers and only limited my correspondence with their sales. Then they sent me two versions of the first introduction chapter as per my outline. The output is in poor quality, not relevant all at. I highly suspect they are using AI Writer or other writing softwares to create the content by inputting the key words from my outline. When I voiced my concerns about the quality of the output, they fired their salesperson who first contacted me. Then I asked a writer to contact me but no writer contacted me save for salespersons. Then I asked a refund via credit card company and it is in the process of dispute now. I wrote my experience to caution those who want to become a New York Times bestseller. In their website, they used the bestseller, Educated, as a sample and that is why I signed up with them. But a robot is writing my work.
