I brought 3 pairs of pants in to have the waist taken in (alterations) on a Saturday (5-6 day turn around). I think the pricing was a little expense in comparison to other tailors in the area. The quality of work was good and initial customer service interaction was pleasant. However, there was a slight lack of clear communication upon trying to schedule a pick up window when the order was complete. I was told my order would be ready for pickup on a Thursday, I didn’t call to confirm a pickup window until Friday (next day) and when I was told they were completed and to arrive shortly there after— the store owner was not there and I had to wait outside for 25 min. By the time they arrived to complete my transaction, my pants were in fact not ready (or at the proper location). Ultimately, the owner made up for the mistake by delivering my pants directly to me the same evening. Service: Alterations

Excellent, friendly, fast and accommodating customer service. I altered my maid of honor dress here. And they did a great job! After the first fitting, it was still too long and too big. But they were able to fix it right away. For cut and tucking in the hem line it ran me about $55.
