CVS

There a CVS employee who is Eritrean ( East African) has braids with tattoos whos always harassing and bullying me. While speaking to him he has told me You dont know what your talking about, Im a real killer. He talks derogatory towards me. He threatened me and has even try to make me flinch by making me seem hes going to punch me. Ive reported him to the CVS customer service and it seems they arent handling. May someone please handle this. Thanks.

Im thinking the complaints are just wrong in or theyre leaving out huge parts. If youre entitled you might not like very many places. It works like every single CVS Ive ever been in. No more, no less.

The Pharmacy staff need more training. , specifically the two women with their photos on the wall, have the worst attitude with customers and are so curt even if youre being polite to them. The store seems understaff, its always hard to find an employee and the shelves are often sold out what Im looking for. Phones ring off the hook for too long at the pharmacy too
