I looked for dresses all the way from Finland where we live, and found the most perfect weddingdress from Jovani, and couldn’t be happier. The service was great, we got help from Lina. I got the dress right on time, and was really happy about the quality when wearing it at the wedding. ❤️

The prices are fantastic and they have great deals. A definite place to go when looking for a wedding gown.

I took my girlfriend on her birthday to Jovani in LA and instead of leaving happy with a new dress, we left with no dress and super disappointed with the experience we had there. We drove from SD to LA for about 2 hour which is not a short drive but it was all to make her happy with a new Jovani Dress on her birthday. When we finally got there and went inside it was super quiet with no music at all as if I was visiting a library. I was at least expecting a more live feeling when you are in a clothing store, especially when you are visiting a store like Jovani which is not a cheap place. I was hoping that the staff at the store would be more helpful and willing to find the perfect dress that my girlfriend was looking for. Instead the staff acted as if I am buying groceries in Ralphs which I might add has far better customer service than the one we got today at Jovani. When we were looking at the dresses they all looked as if they were used and unorganized which made it even more difficult to pick from and find the right size. Even if I over look the fact that dresses weren't organized, or that the store was super quiet without any music to make it more fun picking a dress for my girlfriend. If only the staff was at least acting as if they wanted to help find the dress we were looking for or would say thank you for coming when we left would have made our experience not that disappointing. I understand that a place like Jovani is very famous, but it should still provide a high quality customer service that would make the customer want to continue coming back and recommending this place to friends and family, not the other way around. Lastly, I will just say that it was the first and last time that I visit that store and I will not be recommending it to anyone else.
