The front desk in the er is rude Im here now and she is very rude David in triage is nice and very understanding Im in the medical field and this is not how I speak to my patients everyone needs to be treated with dignity and respect sorry to say if you not of kind you get treated wrong and they showed that a white lady ask a question and got her answer the black lady asked the same question and didnt get a response they closed the door in her face

Today my daughter had an X-Ray done at Kaiser . She pregnant with my first Grandbaby and she was very gentle and caring. The baby was in a position that was hard to view, but she tried so very hard. Without hurting my daughters baby. We felt very comfortable with the Lab tech

My 97 year old mother with dementia is at a non Kaiser Hospital in Whittier and is being transferred to a Kaiser hospital. Its sad that Kaiser has all these hospitals locations near Whittier (Downey, Baldwin Park) and they couldnt find a bed for my mother at one of these hospitals. The only location where they say they have a spot for her is West Los Angeles. 32 miles away and on a good day about an hours drive.
