All veggie omelette prepared better and tastier than last weeks review in Arcadia, but cantaloupe could have been more ripe. Coffee! Fresh and hot. Perfect.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is as good if not better (custard bao) that those in Monterey Park!!

I placed an online order to Denny's on Colorado Street in Pasadena, Ca and my order never arrived. After an hour of waiting I called to ask about my order and I could not get a response. I am being charged for an order I never received. Yes I placed the orded. But I never received my food. I should not be charged for food I never received . if a transaction is posted on my credit card I will debate it. I think some should be fired and Denny's CEO should invistageate this matter. Why should I pay for food that I never received. I love the food, but how incompetent and unprofessional can Denny's be. People should be fired, the CEO should clean his house and this should never happen again. If Denny's want a a good review then they should treat there customers with respect. If the CEO ignores me then I hope lazy and incompetent employees don't destroy Denny's reputation.
