Great customer service. Tho I did get to see some miserable ppl complaining about tickets they got. Just like me we need to follow the rules and don’t blame the employees for YOUR MISTAKES!

I already got a $300 parking ticket because I had idled in a bus lane (behind other cars) for LESS THAN 30 SECONDS. Why would the violation bureau not provide a free parking lot to help me avoid getting another one? I'd rather take the $2 fee than have to stand in a line, but this is really text book government taking advantage of how purposefully difficult bureaucracy is, knowing we'd all rather pay an extra $2 than go there in person for a headache. I was standing right next to my car when the cop gave me a ticket, completely in a position to move it. I even let the cop know "thats my car, I was leaving that moment". He didn't even offer me a word as he skipped over other illegally parked card to give ME a ticket. LA parking cops have no empathy and these systems are purposefully impossible to navigate.

Had the worst experience! Employees are not at all helpful. I would suggest going to a different service center.
