        This exam room is not clean.. looks like not cleaned in a good while. Stains and smudges on equipment, instrument tray. Window sill and blinds very dirty.. greasy

        Awful place! They gave me terrible fillings that needed replacement. I asked for a cleaning and they flossed my teeth. I do that at home already. Then the receptionist had the audacity to call me 3 months later and ask for a payment because she "forgot" to charge me.
