BEST dentist I've ever had. He won't try to exaggerate your problems for money, he just takes care of your problem. I've referred others to him and they have all had nothing but great things to say about him. Don't believe these one star liars

STAY AWAY! I chose them randomly as my Primary Dentist with CDN (California Dental Network). I chose the closest dentist that, according to CDN was NOT roster-only (meaning the accept new patients WITHOUT needing to wait for the new month's rosters). Welllll, after taking four days to return my call I was told that they were, in fact, roster-only....okay, annoying, but whatever. I call CDN and relay the information. Instead of changing my primary dentist I figure I'll give them a shot since it was so close to the new month (October). I called their office twenty times, with no answer. Two hours later I call again and get responded to with a harsh "Hello?". No greeting, no stating this was a dentist office, etc. I had to ask this random person if I called the correct place. I stated my previous issues, and that I would like to make an appointment for October since I would be on the rosters then. "What's your name and ID number?" he asked. ::Gives information:: "I don't see you in the rosters" "I'm not in your system / rosters yet, I will be in October, like I said before" "Ohhhhh" "Can I make an appointment for October?" "Well you would have to be on the Roster." "I KNOW, I WILL BE. You know what, when do the rosters become available" :: continues to not schedule me for an appointment:: "Uhh I don't know it should be in the middle of the month"... That is ludicrous. This person should never answer the phone for them. I told him I'd never go to their office and was changing my provider. "Ok." he said. I call up and change my primary dentist. My only requisite being that it was not THIS OFFICE. And explain to them how terribly run this place is. The next day I receive a call from the dentist's office person. Who, while nice and kind enough, had no idea my previous interaction occurred. Told me the original 4 day wait for a return call was because they were on vacation (No way of knowing that though....a voicemail message would be good) And then she told me that they don't answer the phone on Weds. because it's an emergency only day ?!?! Their voicemail message at the time of this incident stated they were in the office Weds-Sat with no mention of special days... I even stated that to them and they responded with "Yes, I know, we should change that." SERIOUSLY? Most unprofessional interaction of the year so far. Be warned, apparently, this office is only open THUR, FRI, SAT....perhaps they are artisanal dentists? The new office I chose answered my call immediately. And made my appointment for OCTOBER FIRST!...because that's the day they get the rosters, and they can do it same day! Like, a real business, STUNNING! So again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS "OFFICE" I will be posting this anywhere I can find a review site for this dentist.
