Over the years Dr. Matthew has filled a few of my cavities, fixed a few flaws and chips, and generally kept me happy with my smile. Deanna is talented and very nice. Glenda and Stephanie are good with appointment reminders and always work with you on billing and scheduling. The only downside is the parking garage has a low ceiling, so my SUV doesn't fit.

Their receptionist is NOT doing their job. After living at the same address for many years, I suddenly get bills for someone that doesn't live at my address and never has. These bills come twice a month and every time, I send South Bay Smiles an email and return the bill to the sender. My concern for both the biller and billee has been unreciprocated or appreciated. What's the point of having an email address if no one checks it?

"I love everything about this office! Everyone from the receptionist to the assistant to the hygienist are so nice and helpful. I am definitely lucky to have found them. Their prices are reasonable and their schedule works with mine. I know we all dread going to the dentist but I have changed my mind after my visit yesterday."
