I was very disappointed with Dolisa Coley,. I retained her to help me locate my case file for a supposed judgement placed against me by Helaine Ashton, Tirey, Banks, and St. James. She did search for my file and as expected, she could not locate it (since this case was never filed in the courts). So....she informed me that she could not find it but was sure it must exist...what??? Anyway Ms. Coley said she would negotiate with the attorney's (laughable) since they are debt collectors, NOT LAWYERS. i asked her to ask Helaine Ashton for a copy of my file. Ms. Coley said Ms. Ashton refuses and it's her choice. WHAT,? First, they are public records, second, they are my pubic records. So, 4000.00 later my 891.00 breaking a lease was paid off!! Great negotiations...I guess I should have known better since she was recommended by Local1428.
