We had a great experience getting the birth certificate for our daughter. Took us less than five minutes once inside the building for an appointment around 10am. This was as straightforward and easy as the process can be. Service was also very friendly. Parking is also very easy.

There is an employee who works at this courthouse named Gail Shallowhorn who has caused serious hardship in my life. She conducted the city attorney hearing I had with my ex gf, who is also an attorney, and completely lied on her report which led to charges being filed against me. She called me into her office for a second meeting and asked me to bring all of my evidence that proved my ex was abusive in our relationship. She pretended to advocate for me and asked me to leave all the files I was using as evidence with her. Two years later, when it was time to finally go to trial for this case that she caused, I found out that everything I left with her was given to my ex so that she would know what evidence I had and would be using against her during cross examination. To make matters worse, when I looked at Gail Shallowhorn's Facebook, it became apparent that she's actually a complete moron. She posted one of those stupid messages that says Facebook doesn't have permission to use her pictures and other nonsense stuff that are baseless in reality. She also has posts telling everyone to say amen, and to post her chain letter on their profiles etc etc etc. This woman is obviously not intelligent enough to be making such important decisions that have such serious effects on people's lives. And on a Facebook attorney group, she's being recommended to other lawyers who are trying to get domestic violence restraining orders for their clients; probably because she has a reputation for lying to help alleged victims when they are trying to falsely accuse their husbands during divorce or alimony hearings.I extend my middle finger out to you, Gail Shallowhorn. I truly hope the rest of your life is miserable.

Jury selection required any hardship when assigned a specific trial period. A major transit delay would jeopardize the entire court proceeding. I was excused for good cause. There is only one bus stop nearby for a 30- minute wait time each way.
