First things first the management sucks. For 2 reasons, cause Eli and Reyes are dumm asses. Both can't talk English they have bad accents. They both love babysitting they're employees and if your not sweating or look tire you're doing a bad job. Always doing dumm meetings about nothing about work always about personal problem with certain people. Running the drivers day and night making them sleep in there trucks. Running illegally .. Always missing pick us and delivery's ... If you want ship ez// ship somewhere else. It will save you the headache. All the employees do a good job but no raises only for management and above Eli is a slave deiver .
