        AMAZING SERVICE! Megan (Store Manager) did my makeup for an event. I showed her an image of what I was wanting and what my outfit would look like. She basically did the exact makeup of the photo I showed her. I've never felt more beautiful or gotten so many compliments. The atmosphere of the store was great too because all of the employees were making me feel beautiful the whole time. Overall a great experience and I can't thank Megan enough!

        Worst customer service. Egregious mistake on both girl at the counter and manager who was on site when my return was put on someone else's credit card I clearly stated it was two separate transactions. On top of that, "corporate" said there was nothing they could do after I asked the manager to void the transaction. IF I ever chose to shop at MAC again, it will be at The Grove where the staff is professional. As a matter of fact, if you want amazing product and great customer service, go to Larchmont Beauty Supply and support local business.
