The Owner/Landlord Theresa Harding is nothing if not good at first impressions,creative, crafty, greedy, and a thief who leaves one of the worst last impressions of anyone I have ever met. Even though the rent may be cheaper than the other apartments in the area, pay more and sleep better. The cost of bug poison, the furniture you will lose due to infestation, the medical bills due to health problems caused by living in one of her apartments and the verbal abuse that she will shower you with is just not worth it.
