Poor customer service. I called inquiring about their services and got told an email address that I didn't even get the chance to confirm and was hung up on. Sorry I will pass -- just horrible!

Excellent!!!!! I accidentally dropped my MAC computer and it ended up with an internal crack. I just recently moved to LA and didnt know where to take my computer to get repaired. I purchased a new one just in case. Luckily I just happened to find Computer Palace on google. Navid answered my email right away and suggested I bring it in. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He said I probably needed a new LCD screen only or he could transfer the data to my new computer. His prices were right and I decided to go with the new screen. He had my computer ready later that day. I ended up taking the new computer back because I was so happy I got my old computer again. I will definitely keep going to Computer Palace. for all my computers maintenance.
