I've been a tenant in an AJ Morgan and Co managed building since April of 2020 and I have nothing but praise to give this professional management company. Despite it being an old building, the building is well maintained and management is responsive. Maintenance requests are take seriously and handled in a timely manner (Julian is my manager). I'm proud to live in a building managed by AJ Morgan and Co. and will recommend this management company to anyone looking for an apartment. You never know how well a building is managed until you've signed the lease. With AJ, you can rest assured that you're in excellent hands.

AJ Morgan has managed our four-flex for eight years and we have nothing but praise for Paula, Charles, and the team. Theyre super attentive, responsive, and ON IT. I literally do nothing for the building and I receive a nice check every month along with monthly reporting. They also use great and affordable vendors rather than have their own maintenance team to jack up maintenance prices. Sending my love to Paula! Thank you all for making building ownership painless!!!

I'm a small business owner in LA and opened my first retail space in a property managed by AJ Morgan and Co. I couldn't have been happier with my experience in leasing with them and working with them throughout the years. Charlie helped me build out my space to fit exactly what I needed which really allowed us to grow to where we are today. Now my business has grown with 3 new locations in the los angeles area and we couldn't have done it without him! I highly recommend AJ Morgan and Co. and will continue using them for all my leasing/ management needs.

This company is one of the most unprofessional "property management" companies in LA that I have experienced. First off, when Julian found out I was from out of state, the e-mails slowed down and you could tell he didn't care to assist me any longer. Certain questions I had regarding parking, were not answered, even though the unit was already vacant and they magically still didn't have answers. Julian told me the parking was under the building, but when I asked of a specific spot, he said he wouldn't know until the end of the week. I wasted time and money, and flew from Dallas to Los Angeles, just to view this apartment. He magically didn't want to meet me in person any longer and just told me to use the code. Then, I finally get an application from him that has nothing but instructions to "apply in person and pay these fees in person" but yet he told me everything was done virtually. I sent an e-mail asking about the fee and how to pay it so I could get the application in before the deadline, and he made sure to NOT respond until the deadline so they could say it has been rented. What?! What a joke of a business. Do not waste your time dealing with a company that does not have a care for your time or money spent to view one of their units.
