        I ordered a soy vanilla latte, they gave me an almond milk vanilla latte. This wouldn't have been a big deal, except when I went to ask if they could remake it because it didn't have soy, they told me "if the tag says soy, then it's soy" as someone who drinks soy ALL THE TIME, this was very frustrating.         The two regular sized drinks have very different amounts. Requested heavy whipped cream but came with no whipped cream at all! No one picked up my calls too. First time trying but very disappointed.
