Many of the staff at this location were so rude! Coffee and latte tasted horrible. Guy making coffee was on his cell phone such terrible experience. Wont go back to this location.

I was the first to order ahead of a line of five or six people. I stood by pick up as every single person who ordered after me got thier stuff before me. I stood around for twenty minutes and waiting for a simple ice blended drink to be made. When I got my drink I asked why I was the first to order and the last to get served the guy wearing glasses was completely rude about it and gave some lame excuse about how orders get split into two screens and how my order must have been pushed to "the other screen." When I finally got to drink it was filled with huge chunks of ice that could not even fit up the straw. Poor service, poor quality. Please bring in a trainer from corporate or something, Please!!!!! Most of workers are nice, but one guy.. He gave me wrong change, I asked for correct change. It was his mistake, but he didnt apologize, and talked me back instead. Bad experience. Bad manner.
