It’d give zero if I could. Always, and I say always, takes at least 20 mins to get the drink I order. And I order 20mins before I go there. They don’t even care. They hardly ever update the app, so almost all drinks look out of stock all the time. The place is terribly understaffed. Also, it is so freaking cold all the time even at night it is as if they do not want customers to sit inside

If I could give zero stars I would. So I went to get a drink just like everyone, however, when it came to get my drink I waited for more than 10 min and still no drink. Ask barista Liz if my drink would be available anytime soon since everyone after placing my order had gotten theirs. In a negative manner she asked for my receipt and I had told her the cashier didn’t give me or bother to ask me if I wanted my receipt. She seem hesitant to give my drink but ended up doing in such a bad mood. she gave me a cold drink instead of my original order which was a warm drink. I just felt she didn’t have the best customer service, when all I was asking for was the drink that I paid for. It’s not that hard. Get it together. Maybe the store manager should consider changing her attitude or hiring a new employee. However I don’t recommend this place based on how I was badly treated.
