        I came on 7/23/21 for an oil change and for them to check my jeep that is supposed to give me 25‐30 mpg and it's only given me 15-30 and at one point gave me only 6 mpg! I was told I needed an appointment for that, so I did. Appointment is for today over a week later, service Manager J Dithomas tells me that they can't help me and that it would take 3 THREE days for a diagnostic! I missed this whole day of work specially for this "diagnostic " appointment and now you tell me it will take THREE days! And he had the nerves to tell me that is normal for my compass to give me 6mpg! I don't know if he said that because I'm a woman and wouldn't know better? What a waste of time and unacceptable service.
