        Me and my partner’s first time ever buying a suit. Everything about our experience was great. We walked into the JCrew flagship at The Grove (across from Barnes n Noble) and we’re promptly greeted and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We said men’s suits, and they directed us to the Men’s Shop with great directions. There, we were greeted in the suit section by Alan, told him it was our first time and that we were a little clueless. He had such an amazing explanation of their sections, the styles, the fits, the seasons, everything. I actually learned a lot in a little time haha. He was so friendly, kind, and helpful. We found an awesome suit, and working in customer service ourselves, it goes a long way of who you interact with, so thank you Alan and the other associates. JCrew’s suits are also VERY nice and extremely comfortable. My partner will be looking fly :)
