I brought in an old clock whose hour hand had fallen off. I expected at best a several day delay before getting it fixed -- if not weeks. Instead, the owner took the clock in the back, fixed it immediately, and refused to take any money for his services. Besides this being a store filled with beautiful old-fashioned clocks that astound the eye, it's run with kindness and old-fashioned courtesy. A wonderful experience.

WARNING, WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I took my mother old Grand Father Clock which I hand carried from Germany when I was stationed there back in 1994. I wanted a full tune-up and clean up. This guy took over two weeks and his job was terrible. I could not figure out what is what he did to the clock. it was not cleaned, it was not presentable, no attention to details at all. My mother's clock was working when I took it there and it was working when I picked it up and there was pretty much nothing he had done. If you need your clock fix, find a German repairman, or a someone from here with some kind of experience. this guy felt to me like he was working in a lunch truck a week before I got there. Do not use this service at all.

SUPERB customer service! I stopped by to get some links taken out of my bracelet on my new watch. They went above and beyond that! They set my watch, explained the dials and just made the whole process a nice experience! Thanks JP Clocks Antique Repair, Inc!
