Deluxe Cleaning Company

Victor was highly communicative. The team did a fantastic job with an apartment move out cleaning. Overall I would highly recommend this cleaner as they provided excellent service and did a very good and thorough job.

I've worked with Victor from deluxe cleaning for 4 years now and I can't say enough good things about his service. He's extremely reliable, hard working and has reasonable pricing. Hands down the best cleaning service in LA!

Called on Monday. Spoke to Victor and basically asked for a cleaning service. Basically told him any time during the week in hopes of finding a day that would be easier for them.Got an appointment for Fri 9am. On Friday at 8.55am, I get a text saying they are delayed and can't make it till 10am.  I ask them if they can come before that because I have a meeting at that time. They say they will try.They message me when I'm in my next meeting saying they can't make it before 10.05am. I don't see the message because i'm working. I call them at 9.45am as soon as my meeting is over and ask them if they can make it at 10.30 and I'll try and excuse myself early from the meeting. I get told that they already stopped driving because i didn't respond to their text.They ask if they can come before 3pm. I say I have work so that's too late. We  agree on 12pm. 12pm rolls around and nothing. I text at 12.05 asking what their ETA is. I get told "I'll check with the cleaners". Radio silence after that.I ask for an update at 12.20. Nothing.Call at 12.30 and 12.40. No answer.Send cancellation text at 12.45.Would not recommend at all unless you are completely free all day and can wait around.

The Best so far...couldnt ask for more they go the distance to seek perfection. ive used tidy, diem, all sorts of indy companies and nun meet the expectations like Delux Cleaning Services. I wish the crew the best and the company rapid growth throughout the nation.

I had a cleaning service scheduled two weeks in advance, and no one showed up the day of. I texted the company to see whether anyone was still going to come to clean the apartment or whether our appointment had been cancelled, and I received no response or apology. We had organized our entire day around this appointment, and for no one to show up with no apology whatsoever was very frustrating.
