        Anaae is extremely rude!! I don't have metro phone services however I purchased 2 iPhone chargers for my daughter's with the understanding I could swap them out once they stopped working, however that has not been the case NO METRO WILL SWAP IT OUT!! it appears they purchased a bad batch of chargers, said anything to sell them to the community & now that they've sold most of them they're refusing to honor said swap. They have no real customer service experience, there's no real corporate contact. I would've never purchased a metro charger without the reassurance of being able to swap it out, I could've purchased an apple charger for the price I paid, THE ONLY REASON I PURCHASED IT from metro WAS BECAUSE ONE OF THEIR LYING STORE REPS TOLD MY DAUGHTER ABOUT THIS DEAL. I'm a stickler for customer service!! this is not about the money it's mere principle. metro piece of **** should not do bad business like this! I will be contacting the BBB immediately following this review!
