This store was fine. Boost mobile in general however is slipping badly. I have paid 90 dollars a month for three lines for over three years. When my phone's screen was smashed I thought I would have a free phone since every other carrier i have used offered yearly free upgrades. Boost does not. I am changing carriers the moment i can afford to switch my numbers to another service. This store off Venice blvd was excellent and helped me greatly. The one on Centinela opened late and treated me horribly.
