1) This is NOT an "official" AT&T store. An AT&T phone tech told me to AVOID these type of stores because they are AFFILIATES whose job is to SELL you products & services. Plus, the workers there DO NOT WORK FOR AT&T. So what that means if you have a problem, they can't do much for you. 2) My experience was sneaky, dishonest employees & the young female Manager just lets them get away with it. 3) I made a video review & uploaded it to Youtube. Walked in with some question on my Business line and was welcomed by the Manager Vanessa overall very helpful and informative. Best experience I’ve had in the ATT store will definitely come back in the future.

The computer system was down today, unable to pay my bills, and last time the young lady did not know how to process my payment, I went to the store at Wilshire/Western and did it myself with no problems also, since changing ownership, or whatever happened, this location is horrible!

I have been a long-time customer but I was having problems with my account.I was on the point of disconnecting my line. But the manager of this location help me out. She was very helpful and took time to explain the problem to me and took care of it. Overall I had a wonderful experience and the store is really clean. If I have anymore questions or problems with my account I would definitely come to this location again. Ask for Vanessa she’s very helpful.
