I have been there a few times off an on since they opened their original location in WLA (meaning I have been a potential regular customer for many years, but they never sealed the deal). Today I was shopping and looking at a $350 rig and they said dont touch it.. Then they said I had to check in again sonce I was looking at the rigs? Once shopping for was, I mentioned I like Diamonds and OG. Yet, the arrogant budtender presented a limited options of strains and price points, kept pushing Rosin because that is what he dabs and he is a big dabber, yet continues to ignore my feedback and needs as a customer. Once I said I did not want to but that and asked for different options, he suggested I just buy one instead of 2 for shatterday while turning his head away and talking to another budtender about something else and ignoring me. When I mentioned the terrible sales experience he shoved a thumbs up in my face and said Have a good day sarcastically. Needless to say I will not be buying a $350 rig there, or anything , and will continue to go to the Wheelhouse in Venice or Dreamhouse Delivery where they have a variety of selection, are nice consistently. In my early career I was one of the first budtenders in USA in Denver in 2008. It is sad to see this is where the industry ended up cocky jerks like this working the counter selling overpriced weed!!!
