We required a custom wooden chute for some experiments in our lab at Caltech and Carlos prepared it in the most perfect manner possible! He paid careful attention to small details and took care of all the specifications that we wanted, not to mention the timely delivery and reasonable price. When we got back the chute, it was even better than the blueprint design that we had provided. We are very satisfied with their service and highly recommend to everyone!
