VCA Corporate are charging $169 JUST FOR AN EXAM! They are ABSOLUTELY price-gouging and making it impossible for anyone but the very wealthy to afford baseline vet care for our animals. This is the OPPOSITE of caring for animals, this is forcing vulnerable animals to go WITHOUT CARE and anyone who cares about their animals should call VCA Corporate and make their feelings known!

They could care less about your furbaby... Nor...whether their Veterinarians over-charging...changing prices every week ...up and down and up again... If you say it's inflation...then the prices go up...and don't come back down a week later and so forth... Their Vets misdiagnose your Pet...but after asking about information on pet insurance recommendations... Then diagnose him with something that not one other Vet says... Prices go from $300 to $1600...for the exact same surgery... Their Technicians don't communicate the information properly...and causes issues... They knew about a receptionist/tech...not relaying messages ...and putting our pets health at risk...even could be life-threatening...and kept this individual there for over a year...and I wasn't the only pet parents complaining... They cared more about this employee...than our pets... They care only about...MONEY! (CHA-CHING!)...All the way.... Don't admit when they're in the wrong...as long as money is involved... Crooked, all the way! I'm really hurt...because I trusted my puppy/dog with these people... And put him through all this... Won't happen again!!!!!

Horrible place!! Do not trust them with your pet!! They only care about your money. When they talk, they are trying to sell you an unnecessary surgery on your pet for the money. Don't trust them with your fur family.

I DON'T KNOW ANYONE WITH THIS CORPORATE OFFICE CARES ABOUT HAVING ANYONE TO ANSWER YOUR CONCERNS OR COMPLAINTS. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE THEY DON'T BOTHER TO RETURN THE CALL. THIS PLACE IS OWN BY THE MARS FAMILY AND DON'T KNOW THEY ARE AWARE HOW HORRIBILE THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM IS. THEY MAKE BILLIONS AND AND DON'T GIVE A DAM ABOUT PEOPLE AND THEIR PETS!
