It has taken me far too long to write this but I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mrs Loyce and the beautiful service & alterations that she provided to me! She is extremely knowledgable and a true professional in her field. She graciously made time for me and my tight timeline and I can honestly say I looked forward to each and every time that I had an appointment with her! She is kind, patient, talented, a perfectionist and most importantly so real and genuine in her approach in making you the most beautiful bride on your special day! She truly is the best that there is and I highly & sincerely recommend her for all of your bridal alteration needs.Mrs Loyce - you made my bridal dress experience better than I could have ever expected and I really can't thank you enough :)

Loyce is the  BEST... If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Loyce is a master at her craft, kind, thoughtful, accommodating, and genuine! I truly enjoyed every fitting I had with her. My mom would join in the experience and I can say Loyce is a special woman. Loyce's skill level is beyond, she made my dress fit like a glove. It was perfection! She is quick and organized with her schedule and even worked on a tight timeline for my wedding. I would trust Loyce and refer to anyone- she is so great at her craft and such a pleasure to be around! I am so happy to have found her and to have had her a part of my beautiful and special day!

Phew, I finally have the space to write this review. Do not take your dress here unless you are a BHLDN bride I'd say. I think she focuses on those brides since she is a preferred vendor and that's automatic business. I was optimistic here, and really didn't want to write this review, but hoping it helps other brides make key decisions for their big day and alleviate any possible stressors. I'm really surprised at how many positive reviews there are on here and the service I received. I took my dress to Miss Loyce 10 months in advance of my wedding and was so excited to get in with her as a 2023 bride. I bought my dress preowned and there were minimal alterations needed. After 3 fittings, nothing had been done to my dress. Miss loyce was constantly late or rescheduled my appointments, told me the work would be done at the next appointment, etc. I will say I really liked her at first, all of the other reviews are correct that she is friendly and very honest and real. Throughout this whole process, I was extremely polite and patient, listening to her vent about bridezillas she had in the past and very carefully choosing my reactions and words as to not be considered a bridezilla. 10 days, I'm not kidding, 10 days before my wedding, I came in my for final fitting and NOTHING had been done since what we discussed back 10 months ago. Truly all we needed were straps and those were x stitched on and popped off as I was trying the dress on. She blamed me and said it was a misunderstanding and that I was being a frantic bride. She also told me "I really thought you'd be a Loho bride, those dresses are so stylish and classy - this dress doesn't seem like you", again 10 days before my wedding (cue panic, stress and tears later after feeling like my dress was the wrong choice or ugly). I ended up needing to pick up the dress a few days later due to an emergency and she still had not done any work, now 1 week before my wedding. I took it to a family friend who beautifully made the alterations and commented on how miss Loyce's suggested way of doing alterations were all massively cutting corners and going to look bad, or possibly open the dress, come wedding day. Finally, she (very pushily) sold me a very expensive veil that was true white when my dress ivory, and it made my dress look dirty in comparison (bc of the color difference). I was able to return it to her, but you'd think someone with this much experience would recommend a proper pairing and not push the wrong color product on me.

My fiancée (a woman) and I both needed our dresses altered for our December wedding. Loyce was recommended by my sister in law. I cannot say enough great things about Loyce and her work! From the moment we met Loyce, we instantly felt comfortable and relief to know our dresses were in good hands. She was the sweetest person, very encouraging, and made, what could've been scary experience, an amazing one. Her personality alone was worth every penny! Because of my short torso, she worked her magic, cut a couple of inches off the seam, took appliqués off and re-stitched them on. The day I picked my dress up, she even made a few adjustments while the dress was on me because of some very minor bunching. She wanted our dresses to be perfect and she did make them perfect! Not only that, but her pricing was so reasonable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be referring to any future brides I know in L.A. :)

Called blindly to get information on their process and whether my timeframe was feasible. Although I'm on a time constraint she was super helpful and gave me valuable pointers to help me find a dress within my timeframe. She didn't have to give me all the 'insider info' she did, and so appreciate it!. Thanks so much for your help!
