Be careful, there are aggressive panhandlers here that actually went into my car to grab donation items.

I have donated some in this location after i had a loss in family. with all grief and issues that i had to deal with, for 3 times i went to this location and drop donations, for every and each 3 times, 3 different employees were absolutely so rude. who is the manager and who is national manager to teach these employees that donors actually must be treated very well ? Are these employees getting paid ? Do they know that they are working in a charity organization and must actually be treating people with smile and be helpful ? they are there to boss patrons around or need to be helpful ? Truly ridiculous. I hope management pay attention to this issue. TOTAL OPPOSIT ATTITUDE OF A CHARITY ORGANIZATION

Spoke to a white male manager who didnt want to help me purchase vhs cassettes for an art project. He said they werent supposed to sell them and Id have to pay the dvd price if I wanted them. I said I had $5 for five and he refused. Terrible service. Really overpriced. Dont go here.
