        First time dining at Bludso's today. People seem to really like this place, but it was just okay for me. I had the loaded fries (topped with cheese sauce, brisket, & pickled jalapeos.). Flavor was decent, but something seemed to be missing taste-wise. I also tried the chicken link, Texas beef link & bbq baked beans (beans really stood out btw.) Good sweet and savory flavors with pieces of brisket was a winner. Margarita was also just ok. Service was weird. For some reason, our server just could not get things right. I especially repeated myself on quite a few things and it was almost like I didn't say anything. He didn't get anything right. He wasn't rude and didn't flat out seem to be providing bad service, he just wasn't attentive...I guess.
