I've been here many times in my life and it seems to just keep getting slower. However, it's great you can pick up some delicious cactus pears from the man outside to eat while waiting to get help. Seriously, ask him to put Chile and limon. Unique LA banking experience

I called about 15 times before deciding to head over, just to answer a question I had about my banking. Once I got there I was told it was going to be 45-1 hour before someone could help me. I dont see a point in having only 2 people available to help you out

I came to this place, and the customer service was Amazing... All the employees I met were Awesome, specially CARLOS CORTEZ who didn't hesitate to assist me in my case.. Moreover, he was more than helpful as I kept asked him questions after questions.... Thank you team.... Thank you Carol's ..

El peor banco que he visto en los 23 años que tengo viviendo en California!! El tiempo de espera para cambiar un cheque es de 45 minutos !!!la gente se molesta pero no se quejan, yo me atreví a hacerlo y recibí una actitud grosera por parte de ellos!!!al final una señora me dijo "no se queje, aquí siempre es así y nos tenemos que aguantar porque la mayoría no tenemos papeles legales!!! NO ES JUSTO,MI GENTE NO SE MERECE ESTE TRATO

Long long lines. Always. It's quite odd how Bank Of America finds a way to make their bank feel like a government aid office. Unbelievably bad atmosphere, not enough employees, bad employee morale, all due to Bank Of America management of their branch not the employees here. Time to transfer our accounts to another bank.
