Pésimo servicio en los días festivos tales como el Día de muertos ! Si excelentes productos los empleados amables pero muy poca calidad en servicio al cliente! Y hoy tuve la oportunidad de hacerle un llamado a su manager…pero no hay nada que hacer fue su respuesta… en un día que literalmente la gente se la podía comer y ella sin saber que hacer …. Esto es un llamado al owner que no le importa que nosotros dejemos nuestro dinero ,sin el cliente uds no sobreviven … espero el owner ponga más atención porque parece que se trajo las malas costumbres de un mexico dejado , agachón, y vale mad…..asumo que el sueldo de la manager debe ser muy bajo para el tipo de responsabilidad.

Let me tell you guys as an ex employee from this place unfortunately a lot of people don’t realize that a lot of their Masa, and mole etc has been dropped on the floor bagged up and still handed to the costumers. One time Infront of the owner the wife one of the employees spilled a pot of Chile an when I tell you the owner told the employee to put it all in the pot as they giggled they handed the pot to the customer like nothing happened I was very disgusted that day. The employees their well some of them are nice others are very rude and discriminate against each other which is why I left it was a very hostile envoirment and the owners didn’t care.
