        Very poor customer service. Lady imputed wrong address, didn’t even ask prior to submitting if address she was submitting was right. Not to mention correct address was on old registration I provided for reference. Did not accept her mistake. Save your money, go somewhere else.

        They get overwhelmed and forgot I am a paid customer. Since they charged their fees up front . After the second week I'm still waiting for my plates and tags.

        I called to ask for information and the address since I only had the phone number a family gave to me. They responded “you bought insurance but don’t know the address” very unprofessional. I talked to another lady and she was also rude. Worst customer service ever.
