I would think twice before choosing this place they have had my car for at least 2 month and its still not done we get one thing after another first they told my attorney that they had all the parts they were just waiting for approval while they got approval about three weeks ago and then they told my attorney that theyre waiting for a part thats on back order well I called several places to see if big part was either available or how long it would take and this is the only place that seems to take forever and they cant give us an answer as to when it would be done they said it would be done by this coming Wednesday which is I believe 16 February I called again today its Friday the 10th and now its were trying to get it done its in line or whatever its just one excuse after another I would highly suggest going somewhere else the cats take to their projected dates pick up their approval three weeks ago and its still not done I am just about ready to call and report them to the board of insurance because for some reason I feel like a lot of Felonious things go on here at one point I called and asked about having my car picked up by another shop they told us that its not possible and if we did that we would have to pay out-of-pocket for storage fees and they wouldve been outrageous because they have had my car since December 5 or sixth is ridiculous if my car is not done by Wednesday like promise Im reporting them to the board of insurance And Im sure they will get to the bottom of this Services: Body & Trim, Welding, Painting

I had my vehicle towed here to hearing great things from a friend. When I showed up on the lot, the atmosphere wasn't too inviting, but I still proceeded to sign paperwork. Once I asked the guy who put my car down how the process worked and the parts they used, I was told it would be aftermarket parts. I thought to myself, it's a brand new car, not even a year old. Based on the trust and transparency of this gentleman, I was able to make an informed decision to move my car elsewhere. The process of releasing my vehicle to a different shop was relatively easy, but I wasn't provided with a breakdown of the amount being charged. I was just given the amount, which is excess $1,180. I was previously told that they charge 120 a day for storage of my car. My vehicle was only there for 4 days, making it a total of $480 plus other taxes, my guess roughly around $650. I'm glad I moved my car to a different place if this is the type of service they are providing. Thank you to the gentleman who made me do a well-informed decision.
