        The front end of my car got damaged due to fire exposure and Crash Champions repaired it quickly and it look amazing like nothing ever happened. This is my second time getting my car repaired there and both times I've been very satisfied.

        Car was delayed due to a back order in parts. I was told that crash champions would pick up the tab on the extra days I had my rental car. Rental was never paid. Led to my card being charged $209.67 and numerous calls to my bank, enterprise rental car, my insurance company and crash champions. All of a sudden no one knows where those charges came from. Months later they both decide to check their notes where it says crash champions agreed to pay the additional cost of the rental. Now the rental company is avoiding my calls to get a copy of the bill to provide crash champions so that they can pay. I would not recommend a place that assures you they are going to take care of it, and you are left to TAKE CARE OF IT. Not cool 👎🏽. Plus they will text you multiple times right after for you to leave a positive review. Once they get their review, they can care less about you.
