I searched far and wide to find a law firm to take my case regarding a 2015 Ford Fiesta that I had purchased for my daughter. I initially wanted to pursue a lemon law case but I was unaware that there was a class action law suit involving that particular model vehicle. I did not opt out as I did not receive any written notification either by mail or email. Had I known about that I would for sure have done so because I purchased a lemon. With that said I knew that it would be an uphill battle. It was a lengthy process which took almost a year and I must admit that there were times when I just wanted to give up but Pauliana and Fanny wouldn’t let me as I was growing very frustrated and I felt as though we weren’t getting anywhere. I’m really happy that they encouraged me to hang in there as the case went in my favor where Ford agreed to buy back the vehicle which was a relief because I was still making monthly payments as well as paying storage fees as the vehicle was inoperable!! At first making the decision to hire professional help for my case was stressful and I was at a loss of what to do but Consumer action law group helped me understand every step of the way and explained when there was things I did not understand and in a timely manner they showed me that they wanted the best for me and the case And I believe thanks to there professionalism and experience they secured a victory for me, I am glad I chose them for help!.
