One of the worst service I received I talk to a rep name Luis he was unprofessional he was so rude I tried to keep my cool and be nice honestly it was so hard. I paid my toll road and now he said that I only paid for my county not the county I needed to pay so where is my money going to ??? Like what I thought it was suppose to paid anywhere I resolved this issues since March and now on July they want more money.

Linebarger Collections service takes extra steps to make it difficult for motorists to pay sed collection. Only reason I can come up with is that it is done intentionally to confuse and drive motorists trying to pay away, so that the payments owed will increase over time due to non payment. Meaning more money is being charged to motorists. Classic example of how to make things worse for motorists instead of provide a honest collection service.

This company is trying to collect $105 for a car that I don't even own. I have proof I don't own it and they still want thw money. The car was never in my name or have I ever drove it. Get your act right
