We ordered a range, fridge, dishwasher, over the range microwave, washer and dryer today. Alladin did an exceptional job walking us through various options which included how various appliances had done in Consumer Report. He made a complicated process seamless. Thank you Alladin!

These people are the worst. Zero customer support after a botched delivery and install and they think waiting 3-4 weeks for a reschedule which is assuming they can sort it in that timeframe. Just a bait and switch job shop. Go anywhere else.

Never go to this store. You spend over $5000.00 and what happens they set up your delivery day and they come but tell you that you do not have the shut off valves. Ok so you hire a plumber to come out and guess what the shut off valve is there . What, did they just not see it or what.
Then they come to install your dishwasher and tell you we want you to move the plugs over, ok we did that no problem. Now they the washer dryer . We do not have the correct air vents. So we need to go buy all new vents have them installed and when they come back 6 weeks later they tell us oh no they should have been down lower or we can not install your appliances.. Maybe they should tell you where they want them and maybe carry things like that with them, I expect to pay extra if necessary buy what is the installation charge for. Oh and buy the way we need 2 men because it is stackable. Did they not read the order. So we hire someone else to come out and oh my they show us how everything we ordered was correct and were able to install everything for us no problem. Lets see if Best Buy gives us our installation money back.

If I could give NO stars to Pacific Sales, I would. About two years ago my wife and I bought between $30,000 and $40,000 of Fair Traded appliances from the Chatsworth store. Our salesman promised that when we were ready to buy a washer and dryer, he would give us a great deal. Well we were ready to buy, but needed to do a little research on what we wanted. We were in the WLA area and decided to stop in Best Buy, in which the Pacific Sales was located. We walked up to Ivan and told him our story and he just looked at us and said, well the washers and dryers are over there and started to walk away. I asked him to give us a little education about them and he informed me that he wasn’t going to make anything on the sale and he wasn’t interested in assisting us. We were floored with his response and asked for the manager. He pointed to a man and so we walked up to him. He basically said the same thing. The store works on quotas and if we were going to buy from another Pacific Sales location, they weren’t going to waste their time on us. Totally frustrated, we asked to speak with the manager of Best Buy. He was amazed but told us that they had no authority over the Pacific Sales policies. He suggested speaking with Ronald, the manager. It turned out the Ivan lied about who the manager was. I found Ronald and realized he witnessed the whole conversation and did nothing about it. When I confronted Ronald, he just shrugged his shoulders and explained that if his store didn’t get credit for the sale, he didn’t want his people spending their time. I said that there wasn’t a sole in the store and three of his salespeople were standing around chitchatting with one another. His response was “well if they’re helping you and someone else needs assistance, they won’t be available.” This corporate culture is most disturbing. I will never set foot into a Pacific Sales store again and will do anything I can to educate the public on their selfish, lack of customer care.
