Sub-Zero & Viking Repair

Ive been postponing to repair my Sub Zero refrigerator for a long time since I have no knowledge in this realm. I didnt really know how to explain what should be fixed and most importantly to whom I should call. Although, I was fortunate enough to meet Rick. True worker. He consulted me, firstly, over the mobile, afterwards, on the same day he arrived to observe the problem. What I can say, Rick is accountable, reliable and confident. When we bought our house, the Viking oven came with it, and unfortunately went out a couple of days ago. I called the service and they sent a technician the same day. Rick called me prior to arriving to let me know his ETA. He came on time within the 3 hr window. After having a diagnostic test done, he identified that the problem was the malfunctioning ignitor and replaced it. Never had such an expert before in my house. There was an outflow under the deli drawer with my Viking fridge. There was a great amount of liquid on the floor. I was checking up a website called Yelp and decided to put on an advertisement regarding my device. By the next morning, Rick was the first to text me. At first, we had a dialogue on the site, where he told me that myriads of people had faced this tackle and promised to come over and analyze it. In advance he warned, that he might arrive the second time as there must be some parts added. On our second meeting, he said that everything was okay, only the drain was spoilt. Rick began the process. Ultimately, he made everything clear and put back all the parts on its place. It is a tremendous work and he was indeed very tolerant and showed his professional aspect. Furthermore, Rick stayed for approximately 20 minutes and looked for other elements for my other premise. He has the highest recommendation from me and Ill for sure reach him in future for analogous questions.

My mom and dad had to repair the Sub Zero Fridge somehow. Unfortunately, Im a stranger at their area, therefore I searched some contacts on a website called Yelp. This company completely amazed me by the comments people left under their posts. However, being a closed person, I still hesitated to have an unknown man in my parents appartement. This business amazed me the SECOND time!! Rick, the specialist that helped us, is highly intelligent, outgoing , punctual, and straightforward! Ive never met such a service before Moreover , Rick didnt manage to finish everything at first , so he returned again to finalize the process and guess what?!? He didnt allow himself to higher the price for endless talks with my parents and of course the fridge is in its best condition now. I greatly advise you to address this organization because their experts are truly EXPERTS, whom you can trust.

Rick came into sight as soon as we informed him about our issue. He managed to find the challenge with the Sub Zero span and let us in less than 15 minutes. Additionally, his work was affordable in terms of cost. Prior to working with Rick, I messaged other organizations. They required a price up to $3000 before starting the process. Rick greatly differentiated from other employees as soon as we started a dialogue. He had analytical and practical skills. Once he cited: We cant come to a conclusion unless I dont gain more information. However I cannot tell you that you need certain things without checking your diapason.
