I wouldn't recommend this company whatsoever. I dealt very briefly with them for a client of mine. They said they would call her to set a date and time to see the property. Two weeks go by and I found out nothing was set up like they said.

ABC is the authorized installer for Best Buy. I had a time window between 4 and 7 PM. I called Best Buy at 6:45 PM to get an ETA. Best Buy called ABC but got no answer. At 8 PM, I received a call from the ABC technician. He arrived at my home around 8:30. They unboxed the oven in our garage and left all the packing material behind for us to clean up. They did get the oven in place, which I am very pleased about. I would have given them a 5 star if they would have called me to let me know they were running behind schedule.

Thank you ABC for being such a reliable company. I have a Subzero that just stopped working one day. Denny came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and my fridge was like new. Couldn't be more happier with their company.

I am so happy I used this company. I called them at 9 P.M. the next day I had someone at 9 A.M. repairing my kitchen aid fridge. They are very reasonable priced. I would highly recommend.
