        Wow! Billy is a true gem. We had a local appliance guy ghost us twice and we were super frustrated because our kenmore washing machine wasn’t working. Billy saved the day! He was so helpful and got everything fixed in record time. He also told us how to keep it clean. 10/10 recommend!

        Extremely generous remotely helping us figure out why our freezer was not working and whether or not it was worth a repair. If we have a need for repair in the future, I will absolutely be contacting them again. Honest and helpful.

        The person who answered the phone was a dispatcher that did not have technical knowledge. They took my info (name and phone number) and a technician called me back in about an hour. Unfortunately, they did not perform repairs on the machine I owned.
