Bondy Service Inc

This company is a scam. Like so many people who use Bondy washing machines and dryers in their building, I get overcharged. I call them time and again and I am never refunded. This company needs to be reviewed by the Department of Business and Consumer Affairs.

This company is awful. The customer service representative was apathetic and kept putting me on hold. It feels as though the apartment rental company was working with them because the rental office also acted as if the dryer was working even after I reported more than once that my quarters were taken and the dryer was not working. The world we live is has become extremely impersonal and corrupt even down to stealing quarters. It is very sad but unfortunately it is the way many companies continue to do business now. This company is one of them.

The customer service of this company leaves MUCH to be desired. I am NOT referring to the service technicians. It took initially 3 times for me to reach someone. When I did, I was told someone would call me when a service technician would be able to come out. Good, as I had an appointment the next day and did not want the technician to be left hanging. No one called to advise me that someone was coming out but I did receive a call saying that the repair man had come, waited for 15 mins. and had to leave. OF COURSE, I was not going to be home which was why I had asked for a call prior to service. I was able to reschedule the repair visit which went well but I learned that a plumber needed to be called due to drainage issues. A plumber was called, the pipe repaired but there was still water standing in the washing machine so I contacted Bondy to see if a repairman could come out and run the machine through a cycle to make certain the machine drained. The woman 's first words to me were, "You should have called for a repairman at the same time as the plumber." Hello.... that was not possible, plus it was pretty rude. She said a service man would be out either that afternoon or the next morning. I had appointments that day and left. The next morning I contacted Bondy again to confirm that someone would be coming out. The first words out of the same woman's mouth were, "Did you check the machine?" "You are trying to get the technician in trouble. He came out with a master key and repaired the machine." Why would I assume the technician had a master key since the on previous visit he had to leave because no one was home and apparently did not have a key She continued to accuse me of trying to get the technician in trouble!!!! All she had to do was say the technician was there, able to unlock the laundry door and fix the problem, But instead she continued to accuse me. Their customer service SUCKS!

Technicians never come to clean lint catchers or collect coins. Due to this, your money gets stolen by the machines. You call customer service and they never offer to refund you. I will be going to a laundromat that is monitored & maintained daily rather than using the Bondy machines at my apartments moving forward. 5+ years of inconvenience and thievery is more than enough.
