        Maintenance team and honestly the whole building staff is amazing. Very attentive, kind and helpful. In LA Its such a rarity to have such attentive team. No ever drags their feet here and it really feels like they care about their tenants and units.

        Although I was not able to secure a place because of the screening requirements, I can say that people that live there should be really happy to have Edita and Jose as their on site managers, they always go the extra mile for everyone and for sure will consider applying again (as long as both are still there :))

        Had an apartment toured by Jose, sat me down and explain everything to me nicely, and showed me all the amenity and two apartments that I'm interested. Very nice guy
