        This is the most ridiculous apartment I've ever applied for and I haven't received a refund check since I canceled my application in last December.The first time I didn't receive a check, management claimed they sent the check to the old address, even though I provided a new address in the beginning.The second time I waited another month and still didn't receive a check, and the person I contacted claimed they didn't know I hadn't received it either (meaning 21 days wasn't enough time for them to legally return the deposit?).This was the second time they claimed they were going to cancel the last check and resend the check, so once again I waited a month, and here it is April and I still haven't received the check. I've seen people in this position in the comments, and based on that, I have reasonable grounds to suspect that their behavior is fraudulent. I won't wait another month for them, and they are forcing me to take legal action. Hopefully no one else will be victimized, I can't even believe what will happen if I do move in!
