        management sucks, don’t waste your time. lost one on-site property manager in the middle of the year to receive an off-site manager (Britney Kim) who has next to no concern about the well-being of her residents. if you can afford somewhere else then please do. homeless people sleep on the streets directly outside the building, in the back of it even (hiding) with the cars, and nothing has been done about it. DO NOT LEASE HERE — an unhappy current resident

        This apartment is run by Laramar group. They are aweful. They never fix anything but love to raise your rent any chance they get.
