Jeez. Why didn't I see this before. I guess they've been taking people's money since way back in the time. How are they still running the business? seriously.They will not return your security deposit!! that one star is a 0 star

Security deposit wasn't returned. Office is verbally abusive when getting back to you about maintenance requests. Quaint apartment, but plumbing and ant issues.

I have had a very good experience with Hanford Apartments. The units are on the small side, but pretty and comfortable. You can tell the owner cares about the appearance of the building and quality of the living experience there. Details like nice, colorful tilework in the bathroom and kitchen, and lovely brick and hardwood floors give the building a warm, artistic feel. Even the plants are beautiful and cared for with love! The lobby area is always clean, peaceful and welcoming feeling, nicely furnished and arranged. I have never had any trouble contacting the landlord or maintenance and they have always been exceedingly kind and friendly to me. They always answer the phone, or email me back promptly. Once I lost my keys and they were very nice about that & took care of it immediately- making replacement keys for me within an hour and a half. I often see a couple of guys in the building doing work in it, but I have rarely hear any noise from whatever maintenance they're doing. The street feels safe, too, with many families in the area. Parking can be difficult during street cleaning times and at night, if you don't buy the parking space for $60. That's my only complaint! :) Recommended.
