Skyline Terrace Apartments is an amazing place to live, very clean, quiet, safety, cozy. Kids love this building! Managers and maintenance people are the best, Maisha, Adriana, Oscar, Mr. Alberto, Juanito. Way to go guys!

My boyfriend and I moved in here in October, and we love it so far! Pros: the management! Especially Adriana. She's just so sweet and kind. She is the type of person to always say hi to you and seems to genuinely care about your concerns. When we've had some problems, she's made them so much better. For having almost full amenities (a pool, hot tub, 24-hour gym access, and in-unit washer and dryer), the rates are super fair. The area is great too. Since you're on top of the hill, there's hardly any undesirable foot traffic or crime, and that's almost unheard of so close to downtown. Also, it's a mixed bag of people who live here. Some young professionals and a lot of families, so the community is quite friendly and peaceful. You can find your people here no matter who you are Cons: so much construction, which could be a good thing. I appreciate the maintenance team and how quickly they fix things. However, it's a bit of a disturbance. And they hire different contractors every time, so sometimes they aren't super familiar with the building and make mistakes. Maybe keep that in mind if you have little ones with strict sleep schedules. Check to make sure they won't be doing work in your side. But overall great experience so far
